Membership Subscription

Annual Membership --
Our club operates solely off of membership dues and sponsorship. These dues help pay for the website, forums, promotional materials and any other operating expenses. Our club administrators are volunteers and do not receive any compensation for their time.

Some of the benefits which are given to members:
- MFBA T-Shirt included with your application
- MFBA Promo Cards to solicite more members into our club.
- Discounts at our sponsors.
- Discounts at club-sponsored events.

Please complete the following form and mail it with your membership dues. Please do not send cash in the mail.
