Membership Renewal

Annual Membership Renewal --
MFBA memberhip is required to be renewed every year. We ask of our members to renew before March 1st of every year, so that the members can benefit fully of their membership throughout the year. Membership renewal is for people that are already member. If you wish to become a member, please go to our Subscription page.

Some of the benefits which are given to members:
- MFBA T-Shirt included with your application
- MFBA Promo Cards to solicite more members into our club.
- Discounts at our sponsors.
- Discounts at club-sponsored events.
Please complete the following form and mail it with your membership dues. Please do not send cash in the mail.

If renewing prior to March 1st, you are entitled to a $5 "early-bird" discount on the full membership renewal which includes a t-shirt.
